Have you completed your nursing training abroad but are experiencing difficulties getting your qualifications recognized in Germany? Don't worry – we are here to help and support you every step of the way to professional recognition! With dedication and commitment, we will provide you with intensive support in preparing for and taking your equivalency assessment. Our goal is to optimally prepare you for the oral and written knowledge assessment so that your foreign qualifications are recognized and you can start your career as a fully integrated team member at our compassionate clinic. Upon successful completion of the knowledge assessment, you will have excellent opportunities for employment with us! Our integration officers are happy to answer any questions you may have!

What we offer:
- Two years of support: You'll start with a two-year employment contract, providing ample time and space to prepare thoroughly for and successfully complete your exams.
- Practical support: Through hands-on instruction and joint exercises on the ward or in our Skills Lab, we'll review and reinforce essential nursing techniques and skills – precisely tailored to the upcoming exams.
- Language confidence: We offer specialized language courses designed for the demands of daily nursing practice, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and confident in their new work environment.
- Support in everyday life: We're there for you even outside of your daily nursing duties – whether it's finding accommodation or navigating bureaucratic processes, we provide assistance wherever needed.
- If you successfully complete the knowledge assessment, you have excellent chances of being hired by us!
The following are the requirements to start a recognition process with us:
- At least B2 level German
- At least three years of vocational training/studies in your home country in the field of nursing

Requirements of recognition in Lower Saxony:
In Lower Saxony, the recognition process for international nursing qualifications is clearly structured. After you submit your application, the responsible authority checks whether your foreign training is comparable to the German qualification. If this is not the case, you can take a knowledge assessment, which consists of a written and an oral exam. We are available to support you with our expertise and assistance throughout this process.

Unser Integrationskonzept besteht aus vielfältigen Komponenten (s. oben).
Was wir bieten:
- Zwei Jahre mit Unterstützung: Zu Beginn gibt es einen zweijährigen Arbeitszeitvertrag, der genug Zeit und Raum gibt, sich intensiv auf die Prüfungen vorzubereiten und diese erfolgreich zu absolvieren.
- Praxisnahe Unterstützung: In praktischen Anleitungen und gemeinsamen Übungen auf Station oder in unseren Skills Lab Räumen wiederholen und vertiefen wir gemeinsam die wichtigsten pflegerischen Handgriffe und Inhalte – genau abgestimmt auf die bevorstehenden Prüfungen.
- Sprachliche Sicherheit: Wir bieten spezielle Sprachkurse, die auf den Pflegealltag zugeschnitten sind, an, damit sich alle im neuen Arbeitsumfeld sicher und wohl fühlen.
- Hilfestellung im Alltag: Auch außerhalb des Pflegealltags sind wir da – sei es bei der Wohnungssuche oder bei Behördengängen, wir unterstützen, wo immer es nötig ist.
Vorraussetzungen,um bei uns eine Anerkennung zu starten sind folgende:
- mindestens B2-Sprachniveau
- mindestens eine dreijährige Ausbildung/Studium im Heimatland im Bereich Pflege

In Niedersachsen ist der Anerkennungsprozess für internationale Pflegeabschlüsse klar strukturiert. Nach Antragstellung prüft die zuständige Behörde, ob Ihre ausländische Ausbildung mit der deutschen Qualifikation vergleichbar ist. Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, können Sie eine Kenntnisprüfung ablegen, die aus einer schriftlichen und einer mündlichen Prüfung besteht. Während dieses Prozesses stehen wir Ihnen jederzeit mit unserer Expertise und Unterstützung zur Seite.

Для начала участия в нашей программе аккредитации необходимо следующее:
- Знание немецкого языка не ниже уровня B2
- Не менее трех лет профессиональной подготовки/обучения в области сестринского дела в вашей стране

В Нижней Саксонии процесс признания международных квалификаций медсестер четко структурирован. После подачи заявления ответственный орган оценит, соответствует ли ваша иностранная квалификация немецкой. Если нет, вам предстоит пройти проверку знаний, состоящую из письменного и устного экзаменов. Мы готовы оказать вам поддержку и помощь на протяжении всего этого процесса.
