What we offer:

• Two years of support: You'll start with a two-year employment contract, providing ample time and space to prepare thoroughly for and successfully complete your exams.

• Practical support: Through hands-on instruction and joint exercises on the ward or in our Skills Lab, we'll review and reinforce essential nursing techniques and skills – precisely tailored to the upcoming exams.

• Language confidence: We offer specialized language courses designed for the demands of daily nursing practice, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and confident in their new work environment.

• Support in everyday life: We're there for you even outside of your daily nursing duties – whether it's finding accommodation or navigating bureaucratic processes, we provide assistance wherever needed.

• If you successfully complete the knowledge assessment, you have excellent chances of being hired by us!

What should the application include:

• At least B2 level German

• At least three years of vocational training/studies in your home country in the field of nursing

Requirements of recognition in Lower Saxony:

In Lower Saxony, the recognition process for international nursing qualifications is clearly structured. After you submit your application, the responsible authority checks whether your foreign training is comparable to the German qualification. If this is not the case, you can take a knowledge assessment, which consists of a written and an oral exam. We are available to support you with our expertise and assistance throughout this process.
